Binnen de opgave van de onderhandse aanbesteding is een ontwerp gemaakt met een optimale verhouding tussen parkeercomfort, een zo veel mogelijk natuurlijk geventileerde parkeergarage en een gesloten ogend bouwvolume met een kwalitatief hoogstaande gevelafwerking.

De gevels zijn op de rooilijn geplaatst. De trapeziumvormige footprint is vanwege de schuine hoeken op de koppen niet optimaal voor het parkeren.
